Last updated: July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Daily Acts. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of Daily Acts
Daily Acts is a personal reflection and daily practice app. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter and for how you use any reflections, suggestions, or insights shown in the app.
Not Medical or Mental Health Care
Daily Acts is not a medical device, therapy service, crisis service, diagnosis tool, or substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing an emergency or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Accounts
You may need an account for certain features such as sign-in, sync, or subscriptions. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You can permanently delete your account in the app or request deletion through our Account Deletion page.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google through the store where you obtained the app. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal settings are managed through your Apple or Google account unless otherwise stated in the app.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the reflections, notes, acts, photos, and other content you enter. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide and improve Daily Acts features you use.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, access another person's account, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Daily Acts in a way that violates applicable law.
Availability
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Daily Acts over time. We try to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Daily Acts handles information.
Disclaimers
Daily Acts is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Daily Acts and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
