Daily Acts is a personal reflection app for choosing a daily stance, setting meaningful acts, and noticing your rhythm over time. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your data for third-party advertising. We use service providers only as needed to run the app, including authentication and database hosting, payment and subscription processing, device-platform services, and support email. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Storage, Backup, and Security

Some Daily Acts information is stored locally on your device. If you sign in and use Premium backup, eligible records and daily photo memories may be stored under your account in Supabase. Photo files use a private per-user bucket protected by authentication and storage access policies; cloud data is not end-to-end encrypted. Authentication tokens are stored using secure device storage where available. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate for a small personal reflection app.

Your Choices

Data Retention

We keep account information and synced app data for as long as needed to provide the service, unless you delete your account or ask us to delete it. Deleting an account removes its authentication record and associated synced Daily Acts data. Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where required. Local data remains on your device until you remove it, delete the app, or clear it in the app.

Children

Daily Acts is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Health and Safety

Daily Acts is for personal reflection and is not a medical device, therapy service, crisis service, or substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
